Shipping policy

Digital Products

Digital products will not be shipped, so no shipping fees will be charged.

Digital products are available for download immediately. After checking out, there will be a button to download your product. You will also receive an email with a link to download the product. 

Check your spam folder if you're missing the email. 

If you used the wrong email address or have any other issues downloading your file, email us at semiglossdesignATgmailDOTcom, and I will send you a link to download it. 

Zip Files

Most digital downloads include a zip file. A ZIP file lets me include many file types in a single download. 

It's easier to unzip a file on a computer than on a phone or tablet. 

Instructions for unzipping a file

*MAC - Double-click the file. 

*PC - Right-click and select "Unzip" or "Extract."

*iOS (iPhone and iPad) - Download the iZip app from the App Store. Use the app to unzip the file. 

*Android - Select the file and choose "extract."
