Downloading Your Files

Unzipping Files

Mac users can simply double click the file to unzip.

PC users should right-click on the file and select unzip or extract.

Mobile users may need an app to help unzip the file.

Where is my file?

These are digital products, so nothing will be shipped. Everything is available as an instant download.

After completing your purchase, you should be prompted to save the file.

You will also receive an email with a link to download the product.

Mobil users may have trouble finding the file, but it typically downloads to a Files folder. It may be easier to download using a computer instead.

Unfortunately, I'm not able to answer questions about using specific cutting machines.

Questions about Cut Files

Which cut files are included?

Unless indicated, cut files include SVG, PNG, JPG, and DXF files.

Some files may also include PDF instructions if needed.

Which cut file should I use?

In most cases, SVG files are the easiest to use.

Silhouette basic users can use the DXF files.

DXF files are lines only. They work great for very simple designs, but they may be frustrating to use on layered designs where the color order matters.

I recommend Silhouette users upgrade to the Designer version.

If you're using the files with a laser cutter, check with the manufacturer to see what files are accepted.

Can I sell items that I make using your files?

All cut files and designs are for personal use. Please purchase the commercial license.
